Therapeutic Counselling – provides an opportunity to talk over a concern or difficulty in confidence, so that psychological and emotional pain can be resolved.
Managing Stress & Anxiety – provides information and effective techniques to help us recover from adverse events.
My Practice – I offer professional therapeutic help for individuals (but not couples). I have been a full-time Counsellor for 30 years 8 in GP surgeries) helping local people with a wide range of health, personal & relationship problems. I work mainly with adults as a humanistic counsellor from a holistic perspective (Mind, Body, Spirit).
I offer flexible appointments including some early evenings. My normal rate is GBP 60 per hour with some concessions for OAPs, new mums, students, Armed Forces, low-waged, etc.
